|Advocate Dreyer Welcomes Urologist|
Aurora, Ill – Tony Tran, D.O., has joined Advocate Dreyer as a provider within the Urology department, seeing patients at the Rush-Copley Campus and Highland locations. Dr. Tran received his medical education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. He then completed his Residency training in Urology at Michigan State University – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
What is MyChart?
MyChart is a free and secure interactive service available to active Advocate Dreyer patients through the electronic medical record (EMR) system. MyChart offers features that allow patients to take an active role in their care, and provides a new way for patients to communicate with Advocate Dreyer.
How do I sign up?
If you are a current active Advocate Dreyer patient aged 18 or older, you can sign up for MyChart during an appointment or call your provider's office to ask about MyChart. You can also click here to sign up online.
What if I need MyChart assistance?
If participating MyChart patients have problems with access or questions about how to use MyChart, they may call 630-906-5161 for assistance. Registered users may send a message to MyChart Support after logging in by opening the Message Center menu and selecting 'Ask MyChart Support.’
Is MyChart confidential?
As always, your medical information is kept confidential. Health care is a very personal, private subject, and you should feel comfortable using the secure MyChart services.
How is my information secured and protected?
User names and passwords provide two layers of authentication. They are stored in an encrypted database that is isolated from the internet. All communications between you and Advocate Dreyer are carried over a secure and encrypted connection. Advocate Dreyer will use MyChart only for computer-based electronic medical communication. While you may receive internet email messages notifying you of new messages in your MyChart inbox, these emails will not contain any confidential medical information. The information you view in MyChart is encrypted at the highest level possible.
How do I access my Child's or other family member's records?
Manage your family's MyChart accounts from yours for convenient access to appointments, immunization records, lab results, and more. It is available to parents or legal guardians for patients 11 and under. Patients over 18 may also designate another person to manage their account. Contact your provider's office for more information.
