|Advocate Dreyer Opens Primary and Specialty Outpatient Care Location in Aurora|
Aurora, Ill – Demonstrating its continued commitment to the health and wellness of west suburban residents, Advocate Dreyer opened today its newest primary and specialty outpatient care location at 2285 Sequoia Drive in Aurora, Illinois.
The two-story, 75,000-square-foot building is home to over 70 care providers and offers a range of medical specialties and services, including adult and child psychiatry, ADD, allergy/immunology, dermatology, endocrinology, family medicine, infectious disease, internal medicine, laboratory, nephrology, neurology, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, physical therapy, radiology, rheumatology and Immediate Care.

Silpa Katta, M.D., Physiatrist, has joined Advocate Dreyer, and is seeing patients at the new Dreyer Center for Pain Management at the Clinic’s Highland location.
Dr. Katta received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut in 2002. She then earned a medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois in 2006. She completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2010. Dr. Katta is board eligible in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and she is certified in medical acupuncture through Helms Medical Institute in Berkeley, California. She is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
Fatema Photowala, M.D., M.P.H., has joined the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Advocate Dreyer, and is seeing patients at the Clinic’s Highland location. Dr. Photowala received her medical degree from the University of Pune Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Medical College in Pune, India in 2000. She completed a residency at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois in 2007. She also received a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois in 2007. Dr. Photowala completed her fellowship at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2010 in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. She has hospital privileges with Provena Mercy Medical Center and Rush-Copley Medical Center. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Adam D. Stein M.D., has joined the Department of Endocrinology at Advocate Dreyer, and is seeing patients at the Clinic’s Oswego and West Aurora locations. Dr. Stein received his medical degree from the University of Birmingham in Birmingham, England in 2003. He completed an internship and residency in 2008 with Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed a fellowship in endocrinology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2010. Dr. Stein is board certified in internal medicine and board eligible in endocrinology. He has hospital privileges with Provena Mercy Medical Center and Rush-Copley Medical Center. He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, The Endocrine Society, and the American Thyroid Association. Dr. Stein offers evening and weekend hours.
